Learn to use your Pelvic Partner

The Pelvic Partner features first-of-its-kind 360º squeeze sensor technology. Each squeeze triggers a gentle vibration that only stops when you fully relax, giving you real-time feedback to build awareness, strength and control.

Step-by-step guide

Find a comfy spot, lying down is ideal. Try lying on your bed, knees bent, feet hip-width apart, with your head supported by a pillow.

STEP 1

Without turning it on, insert Pelvic Partner until the comfort ring sits at the vaginal entrance. The tail remains outside the body. Fold the tail against your skin with the button up.

STEP 2

Press the button once to turn it on. The device calibrates and vibrates once. This is Level 1.

STEP 3

Gently squeeze your pelvic floor muscles to trigger a vibration. Hold for 3-5 seconds. Then relax for 3 seconds. That's one Kegel, nice work!

STEP 4

Press the button to navigate through 8 levels of intensity. Do 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps. Finally, press and hold the button 4 seconds to turn Pelvic Partner off.

Quick tips

Use lube generously for added comfort, we recommend using our Generous Gel.

After each use, wash with lukewarm water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Don't hold your breath, sync your breath with your reps.

Avoid squeezing your abs, thighs or glutes. It should never be painful.

Notice what your body is doing at all times, this is your time to tune in.

Understanding your
strength levels

Pelvic Partner includes 8 strength levels. Each level increases the amount of squeeze strength required from your pelvic floor muscles. You can move between levels at your own pace.

Your strength scale

1-2 Gentle

Ideal when you're getting started and learning how to perform a Kegel correctly. Light activation helps you focus on technique and awareness.

3-4 Building

Your pelvic floor strength is developing. These levels require a little more control and a steadier hold, so stay intentional with each squeeze.

5-6 Strong

Feeling confident with your Kegels? These levels invite deeper engagement, helping you maintain a steady and controlled squeeze.

7-8 Advanced

If you feel strong and in tune with your body, these levels offer the most resistance. They support steady consistency and sustained engagement as part of your routine.

How to choose your level

Every body is different, there's no right speed, only your speed. Trust how you feel and let that guide you.

Start manageable

Pick a level you can control and complete your Kegel reps.

Comfort
Move up

If you completed your Kegels and feel ready, you can increase the level.

Strain
Drop a level

If you couldn't maintain control, don't worry, there's no rush at all.

Build your routine

Consistency is what gets results, not intensity. A few minutes, a few times a week, and your body will thank you for it.

3X per week is ideal
10-15 reps per set
2-3 sets per session
5 min

per session, any time of the day.

Rest days

matter just as much.
